  9. The frozen variable was supposed to be used for implementing the OpenDoc 
  10. notion of 'bundled part' which means that an embedded frame can not be 
  11. activated. It will be also used to lock shapes (can't resize or move). 
  12. This is part of ODFDraw that is not finished.
